A Bathroom Designed for Comfort
Giffin Road Guest Bathroom Renovation
A Space Designed Around His Preferences
As part of a larger home renovation, the homeowners wanted to update this bathroom to reflect his personal preferences while creating a space that would also make a beautiful impression on guests.
Always feeling the cold, he wanted a bathroom that offered warmth and comfort. Heated flooring, a heated towel warmer and a custom bathtub with jets and chromotherapy features were high on his wish list.
And one thing was certain—he didn't want a shower. As someone who much preferred baths, he wanted a space designed around the way he truly uses it.

Comfort Without Compromising Style
To better accommodate his preferences, we reconfigured the bathroom layout, removing the existing enclosed shower and relocating the bathtub into that space. The new custom tub, complete with jets and chromotherapy features, became a central part of the design.
Because the bathroom was highly visible from the main entrance, its appearance was just as important as its functionality.
We selected a distinctive backsplash that could be appreciated from the entrance, giving the room a slightly more masculine character while creating an attractive focal point.

A custom vanity with drawers and two storage towers provided generous, easily accessible storage. A magnifying mirror was also incorporated to make everyday routines more comfortable.
Although the homeowners wanted their two bathrooms to have different personalities, we carried the same flooring through both spaces to create a sense of continuity.
The result is a warm, comfortable bathroom designed around his preferences, with thoughtful details and quality finishes that complement the rest of the home.
