An Elegant Addition to the Timeless Heritage of an 1860’s Farmhouse
Lynden Way Addition
Embracing Generations of Light and Luxury
We designed this addition to compliment this already beautiful 1860’s farmhouse. These clients wanted a 3-season sunroom to use as their main entrance with additional storage. We utilized barn boards from their property, discovered beautiful brick under old siding, provided increased storage and gave them a place to enjoy the beautiful sunsets in comfort. They are beyond thrilled with the results.

Harmonizing the timeless charm of traditional board and batten with the existing window trim was a seamless choice for this 1860's farmhouse. The addition, adorned in a natural stone hue, gracefully complements both the new roof on the main house and garage. Thoughtfully chosen, the color palette unifies the entire structure.Ample, beautiful windows not only facilitate refreshing airflow but also create a picturesque frame for enjoying the serene beauty of stunning sunsets.
