Creating a Home That's Just Right for You
Interior design. Residential Renovation Management.
“Design is not just what it looks like; it's how it feels and how it functions. A well-designed space should evoke emotions, tell a story, and reflect the unique essence of those who inhabit it."

Imperial Way Whole Home Renovation
A Home Designed Around a Growing Family
When we began this whole-home renovation, our clients were a family of three living in a dark, traditional townhouse that wasn't working well for them. The plan addressed all three levels of the home, with better kitchen storage, space for long-term guests, two home offices, improved lighting, toy storage and more functional family living.
Then, after construction began they learned they were expecting their second child. How exciting!
The plans needed to adapt—and quickly. Spaces originally designed around a family with one young child now also needed to accommodate a baby and, before long, a toddler. We revisited the plan and made thoughtful adjustments so the finished home would work not only for the family they were when the project began, but for the family they were becoming.
The result is a brighter, more functional home with spaces that work individually and together for everyday family life.
