This main floor bathroom renovation started as a compact project with a big impact—and a bit of a hidden purpose! Our homeowners wanted a fresh design that would transform their outdated bathroom into a modern, spa-like retreat, and they also had something up their sleeve. Unbeknownst to us at the time, they were using this small bathroom reno as a test to see if we’d be the right fit for a larger renovation the following year. We were thrilled to pass the test with flying colors!

Our role included creating a design that fit their vision, carefully selecting all materials, and handling the procurement for each piece. For this bathroom, we blended aesthetics and function, making sure every detail elevated the space. The star feature is a uniquely shaped steam shower for two, crafted with floor-to-ceiling glass doors that give the room an open, airy feel. The wall and floor tiles add texture and a touch of elegance, making this small bathroom feel much larger and more luxurious.

To optimize storage and style, we included a floating vanity paired with a sleek storage tower, giving the homeowners plenty of room to keep their essentials organized without compromising on design. Each element of this bathroom was chosen to reflect modern comfort and luxury, and it was incredibly satisfying to watch this old, outdated space transform into a chic, inviting bathroom.



This project allowed us to showcase our design approach, attention to detail, and dedication to creating spaces that truly meet our clients’ needs. By the end, we’d gained their trust, and they’re now excited to move forward with us on a larger renovation in the coming year.
