I’m Tracy Laqua — interior design professional, certified renovation project manager, and creator of The Model Lifestyle Program.
For over 16 years, I’ve helped homeowners and professionals design spaces that reflect how they live, work, and lead. Whether you're planning a basement conversion, a home office refresh, or a full renovation, I bring both vision and structure to every project.
I founded in-ex-teriors in 2009, and since then, I’ve worked with more than 350 clients — guiding them through designs that feel good, function well, and stand the test of time.
What sets me apart isn’t just my style — it’s my process.
I’ve developed proven systems over the years to manage everything from layouts and sourcing to construction coordination and timelines. These tools help ensure your project runs smoothly, stays on budget, and doesn’t keep you up at night.
I also created the Model Lifestyle Program — a simple, thoughtful way to help you design your space around your habits, routines, and goals. It’s about more than how a room looks. It’s about how it works for your life.
